2:- Modification of this Term of Service
FrogSoftware.com reserves the right to change the TOS,and any Additional Terms at anytime, effective
upon making the modified provisions available on the FrogSoftware.com site .
You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
Continued use of this service after any such changes shall constitute
your consent to such changes.
FrogSoftware.com does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any
changes to the TOS, or Additional Terms.

3:- Description of Service (“Service”)
FrogSoftware.com has developed an Internet Educational software (“Amal Teacher” or “The Software ”).
FrogSoftware.com has developed a special version of this Software that contain online banners and buttons
and RTF advertisement adds.
FrogSoftware.com use these banners in order to advertise their products and/or third party products.
FrogSoftware.com allow members to personalize this software so they can use one and only one banner
or RTF advertisement in order to advertise their products or services .
FrogSoftware.com has developed special software (“FrogSoftware.com Advertisement Adds” or “FAD”) .
By using FAD Members can personalize their copy and update their banner content online.

4:- Personalizing Amal Teacher
Members allowed to personalize their copy just and only just by using FAD software.
Members not allowed to change Amal Teacher functionality ,decompile it ,change
Add or delete any file.

5:- Distributing
Members allowed to duplicate and distribute their personalized copy to third party via CDs ,Diskettes or
make it downloadable from their own site.

6:- Acceptable Use Limitation
This Service is provided to assist you with the operation of your business.
Your right to use this Service is personal to you, and your company and its employees.
As a condition of your use of this Service you warrant to FrogSoftware.com that you
will not use this Service for any purpose that is unlawful, or prohibited by these
Terms of Service or the Additional Terms
(as may be modified from time to time).

You may not use the Personalized copy and/or your banner to:
1:- defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights
      of privacy and publicity) of others;
2: conduct or forward illegal contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;
3: publish, post, distribute, disseminate or link to any:

•     inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material

    or information;
•     software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity, or other

    roprietary rights, unless you own, control such rights or have received all necessary consents for your
    use of such software and other materials;
•     software or other material that contains viruses, corrupted files, or that may or are intended to

    damage the operation of another's computer (e.g., "cracks" or other programs written to
    defeat the security measures of any computer, system or programs).
•     adult material--pornography, nudity, sex or any other material that would commonly be considered

    "indecent" or "appealing to the prurient interest;"
•     gambling;
•     foul language;
• Sell, distribute, disseminate or link to any sites for marketing, sales or distribution of:

- Firearms, explosives, ammunition;
- Pirated or stolen goods;
- Liquor, tobacco products;
- Food that is not packaged or does not comply with all applicable laws for sale to consumers by
   commercial merchants;
- Pharmaceuticals and controlled substances, counterfeit;
- Any goods or services that infringe or otherwise violate a third party's rights;registered or
   unregistered securities;
- Goods or services that you cannot legally sell ,are misrepresented, and/or if sold via your
   web Site would cause FrogSoftware.com to violate any law, statute or regulation;
